Captain Twister and his boat
Roshad Mackey has more than seven years of boating experience, and his guests call him Captain Twister. The Twister is his 30-foot boat, with seats for everyone aboard and a life vest for each guest. He is local, and guests say he goes out of his way to find them the sea life.
